Great and fantastic staff, especially Cesur, Jamila & Ece. Service is top. I met the owner of the hotel who is a very good and pleasant man. All in all, I will recommend this hotel to others and I will stay in the same hotel next time.

The staff were really kind,good and friendly but the rooms are really small ( we have asked for a room for 2 per) the air conditioners are not working good you have to wait at least for one hour till it gets cool, they dont have any tissues in the room except the wc, the parking is not good , the rooms are too dark even when you turn in the lights, some of them doesn’t even work, in general it’s good for a one night if your travelling with your own car

We have stayed for a week , Excellent hotel located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable , Staff is very efficient and friendly. Breakfast is very good in my opinion.

We stayed for one night in October 2022. A great hotel with fantastic staff who ainply cannot do enough for you. The room was clean and spacious (with a great shower); the hotel has lots of parking; and the breakfast was a real treat with an excellent selection of fresh hot and cold items. And all for very good value for money.

4 Families we all went here and got there late at night. Was greeted by Ismail and another staff member they was the most friendly and polite people we met at any hotel we have visited. The rooms were gorgeous and the breakfast was really really good. The price was very very cheap would give them 6 stars if I could. 11/10 recommend this place.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who took care of all requests. Rooms were clean, laundry service was very fast. The walls are not soundproof so TV from the adjacent room could be heard loudly, so you might want to bring earplugs. Thank you to all employees for making our stay fantastic.

Hotel was so great! I had a medical treatment and stayed over there. The staff was super professional, careful and did so much for me! They are very helpful and fulfilled every wish that I had. The rooms are very clean and beautiful designed. The bathroom was also super nice. Best choice for staying in Adana. I had very good experience. Breakfast was also very delicious and fresh. They always bring tea and another meals, super nice and friendly. Another advantage is that the Hotel is central, so you can reach every market and restaurant fast.
